Brian has discovered his passion for construction shortly after graduating from South Colonie Central High School in 1980, when he began working as a cabinet maker. For two years, he honed his skills in crafting custom cabinets, developing a keen eye for detail and a dedication to perfection. However, his dreams extended beyond cabinetry; he aspired to take on larger projects and build homes that would enrich the lives of families in his community.
Brian continued his journey at Home Beautifiers of America, working as a subcontractor on a variety of remodeling tasks, including siding, windows, and roofing in areas such as Albany, Schenectady, and Colonie. His keen attention to detail quickly earned Brian a loyal customer base, who often returned for more remodeling work.
In 1984, Brian, driven by his determination to serve the Capital Region, set up Capitaland Custom Builders. His inaugural project was his personal residence in the Rolling Hills neighborhood, where he resided for 32 years with his wife and their four children. This house became the springboard for an array of exceptional homes and projects across the region, establishing the benchmark for Brian's future.
